IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR THE RENEWAL OF RD SERVICE FOR SECUGEN DEVICE MODELS HU20, HU20A, HU20AP and HU10
As per recent UIDAI directions only devices that are currently activated and registered with UIDAI will be made available for renewal of the RD Service. Devices that are de-registered from UIDAI will not be made available for RD Service renewal
RDSERVICE for L0 devices may be discontinued by UIDAI in future. SecuGen India Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for discontinuation of authentication service by UIDAI and renewal fees paid will not be refunded in full or in part in case of discontinuation by UIDAI. Users are advised to contact their respective AUAs for validity timelines of L0 devices in AADHAAR eco system. As of now the deadline is 31st December 2024.
